Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and monitoring production, managing processes and personnel, and ensuring quality and compliance with regulations in industrial environments. Opportunities across various industrial sectors (pharmaceutical, food). **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree completed in Pharmacy, Production Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Quality tools. Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and chemical industries. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Analyze the daily production schedule and ensure all resources and inputs are available. Develop performance indicators and analyze data related to production processes. Participate in goal setting and ensure their achievement. Authorize production line startup. Monitor product and material flow throughout the production process. Manage personnel and processes. Support Quality Assurance and Occupational Safety departments in complying with GMP and safety regulations. Participate in audits and self-inspections. Monitor and respond to sanitary inspections. Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs and general documents, keeping them continuously updated. Conduct training sessions. Review manufacturing technical specifications, performing critical process analysis. Identify, analyze, and propose corrective actions for anomalies arising from production processes. **Additional Information:** Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location: Montes Claros
