Job Summary: The professional will track vehicles and cargo, perform administrative tasks, monitor operations in real time, manage incidents, and maintain active communication with drivers and customers. Updating systems and spreadsheets with delivery information Business hours Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 / Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Tracking:** Monitor vehicles and cargo via satellite, verifying routes and unauthorized stops. * **Administrative Tasks:** Complete reports and record events. * **Real-Time Monitoring:** Track vehicles and cargo to ensure integrity and adherence to the planned route. * **Communication (Customer Service/Logistics):** Maintain active contact via phone, WhatsApp, and e-mail with drivers (company-employed or third-party) and customers for status updates. * **Incident Management:** Record and resolve issues such as accidents, route deviations, damages, or delays, taking prompt corrective actions. * **Tracking Checklist:** Verify that tracking devices are operational with drivers prior to departure. * **System Data Entry:** Update spreadsheets (Excel) and tracking/TMS software with accurate delivery information. * **Profile and Desired Qualifications:** * **Education:** Completed high school; currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Administration is a plus. * **Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, agility, organization, and attention to detail. * **Technical:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and tracking/TMS systems. * **Availability:** Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
