Create reports to identify improvements and achieve proposed results A telecommunications company is seeking a Technical Analyst professional in Montes Claros. Radiante Tecnologia is a company specialized in information technology solutions. We provide software development and IT consulting services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Collect numerical data related to service and material production under various company contracts. Analyze service measurements performed by field teams and jointly verify with these teams that the application of billed items complies with specifications outlined in the contract signed with our client. Interact with employees to obtain and register data related to contract performance indicators (SLA) and productivity into tracking systems. Create reports demonstrating areas requiring improvement and use these reports with teams to achieve the company’s proposed results. Tasks pertinent to standard Technical Analyst routines. Position requires on-site work in Montes Claros / MG.
