




We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to administer, maintain, and evolve the corporate network infrastructure. The professional will be responsible for performing configurations, resolving complex incidents, supporting improvement projects, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the environment. Responsibilities and Duties Monitoring network resources—including firewalls, switches, routers, controllers, and access points—across the corporate office and refinery environments, as deployed per the equipment baseline tables;• Providing direction and follow-up with vendors under active maintenance contracts (e.g., Fortinet, HP, Palo Alto, Cisco, or any other vendor whose faulty network equipment is covered by an active maintenance agreement);• Managing and delivering monthly network asset inventory reports;• Evaluating process improvements;• Documenting performed procedures;• Configuring and/or tuning existing VPNs between the refinery and office, and the Azure Cloud environment;• Administering, creating, and adjusting firewall rules according to each environment’s requirements, established governance, and REFMAT’s security guidelines;• Supporting decisions related to operations, governance, and processes;• Implementing improvements (IMACs) to optimize operations and reduce incidents, subject to formal acceptance by REFMAT. List of Resources and Location Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Telecommunications, IT, or related fields. Proven experience with Cisco, HP, Aruba, MikroTik, or similar networking equipment. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, STP, QoS, and IPsec/SSL VPN concepts. Experience in Level 2/3 troubleshooting. Knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, SonicWall). Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds). Familiarity with ITIL (incidents, changes, problems). Desired Qualifications Certifications such as **CCNA/CCNP**, **NSE4+**, **HCIA/HCIP**, **JNCIA/JNCIS**, or equivalent. Experience with cloud networks (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, basic Python). Experience in data center environments.
