




Responsibilities Handle Level 1 and Level 2 service requests, escalating Level 3 cases (incidents related to AeC solutions and client systems). * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance. * Maintain software used in operations. * Organize and manage data storage. * Collaborate with other support personnel for issue resolution and request tracking. * Identify, analyze, and resolve critical incidents within the technological environment. Requirements * Proficiency in Windows environments and related tools. * Understanding of TCP/UDP network operations. * Basic knowledge of Information Security. * Experience in hardware maintenance.
