The Engineering team is responsible for researching new technologies, planning the telecommunications network, and driving technological expansion of our products and network. The Customer Services team ensures speed and quality in repairing, installing, and maintaining B2B and B2C customer lines across fixed, mobile, and TV networks. Then come join us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform fieldwork in the operation and maintenance of networks in the Diamantina region and surrounding areas, ensuring necessary maintenance to guarantee network quality and an improved experience for our users. * Areas of responsibility include LA (active lines of end customers), external network, and internal infrastructure. * Deployment: Construction and certification of new networks. This may involve infrastructure tasks (cable installation and terminations) or equipment activation (SWA, ONT..); * Responsible for maintaining operational infrastructure, acting either preventively or reactively (in response to service request tickets, commonly known as TA). **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School; * Valid and permanent Driver's License \- **Category B;** * **Manual dexterity and technical skills (tools, wires, outlets, electricity) are desirable;** * Customer service experience is desirable; * Skills in working at heights, handling heavy loads, and cable deployment; * Experience in quality processes is desirable; * Computer literacy, including Windows and Office Suite; * Daily discipline and proactive attitude; * Knowledge of GPON, IPTV, and VoIP technologies will be considered a differentiator. **Additional information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
