Development of performance indicators and process improvement. **Position Objective** To work complementarily and integrally within the finance area, with a focus on control, information, and compliance. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management is desirable. Solid knowledge of managerial, financial, and cost accounting. Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and results analysis. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). **Knowledge:** * Advanced Excel; * ERP system knowledge; **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, analyze, and control budget (Budget) and forecast. * Monitor and explain variances between actual and budgeted results (variance analysis). * Coordinate the Finance/Controller team; * Prepare and validate financial statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement). * Responsible for validating the monthly Income Statement. * Develop and monitor organizational, operational, and financial performance indicators (KPIs), present results, and prepare other management reports for the Executive Board and Advisory Council; * Support business areas with profitability analyses, economic feasibility assessments, and pricing. * Manage strategic projects within the area, process automation, and development and renewal of finance department policies; * Coordinate accounting and managerial closings within established deadlines. * Reconciliation. * Act as an interface among internal departments, external auditors, and consulting firms. * Propose improvements to processes, internal controls, and financial governance.
