What You Will Do You will join our People \& Management team, supporting core HR Department routines and contributing to a positive experience for each employee. Your main responsibilities will include: New Employee Onboarding: organize and conduct the onboarding process jointly with Safety, Nursing, Quality, and Operations departments. Benefits Management: perform enrollments, removals, system entries, and card issuance requests. Record Updates: keep employee files, registration data, and professional ID cards up to date. Candidacy Registration Verification: review and update information for candidates and employees. Labor Documentation: organize documents for labor litigation proceedings, when required. Birthday Coordination: print and distribute monthly birthday lists to strengthen internal recognition. Vacation Scheduling: monitor schedules and deadlines.
