* Coordinate and guide the metal structure assembly and welding team during execution. * Interpret drawings, designs, and plans (isometric, detailed, sketch). * Monitor and ensure adherence to execution schedules. * Inspect received materials and verify compliance with the project specifications. * Control assembly quality, alignment, plumbness, and leveling of structures. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Support resolution of technical issues during execution. * Record and report construction progress to the responsible engineer/manager. * Assign tasks and monitor team performance. * Coordinate load handling, lifting operations, and equipment-related activities (cranes, hoists, platforms).
