Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and attentive Security Guard to monitor and operate security systems in an industrial environment, preventing irregularities and taking preventive actions. We are looking for a results-oriented professional to work as a **Security Guard** in an industrial setting in the Manaus region. If you are a results-driven professional, this opportunity is for you! **What is offered:** * Shift schedule and working hours: 12x36 — from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM / from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM * Salary: R$ 1\.828,61; * Meal voucher: R$ 35.00; * Transportation voucher: Yes; * Hazard pay: R$ 548.58; * Medical assistance; **Responsibilities:** * Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials (loading/unloading); * Conduct internal and external patrols at the facility to verify that doors, windows, and gates are locked, preventing unauthorized access; * Operate camera (CCTV) and alarm systems, monitoring for suspicious movements; * Complete daily incident reports and immediately notify supervisors of any irregularities; * Identify risk situations (e.g., fires, leaks, security failures) and take appropriate measures; * Properly use uniforms, radios, and firearms (if authorized), in accordance with company regulations; * Take preventive action to avoid theft, burglary, and vandalism; * Record incidents involving attempted internal and external thefts; * Support site security and organization; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Proven experience in this role (minimum 6 months); * Availability to start immediately; * Courtesy, kindness, and attentiveness; * Observant, agile, and discreet; * Prior experience as a security guard in industrial settings is a plus; * Valid training/recertification certificate (expiring within 6 months); * Valid National Firearms License (CNV) (expiring within 6 months); * Not currently employed; * Own vehicle (desirable); Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.828,61 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Screening question(s): * What is your WhatsApp number? * What is your ZIP code (CEP)? * Are you currently employed?
