




Job Summary: A professional to administer and operate network assets, continuously monitor the environment, provide tier-3 technical support, and produce documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Administration and operation of network assets such as switches and firewalls 2. Continuous network monitoring and bottleneck diagnosis 3. Tier-3 technical support and resolution of logical/hardware issues ### **Responsibilities:** * Administer, manage, and operate network assets including switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi controllers, and proxies, ensuring connectivity, availability, performance, and security of the environment. * Continuously monitor the network using specialized tools, diagnosing bottlenecks and traffic issues, analyzing protocols, tuning performance, applying QoS, and prioritizing services according to their criticality. * Provide on-site or remote tier-3 technical support, resolving logical and hardware issues, IP address conflicts, VoIP failures, and connectivity problems in local and remote networks. * Install and configure network hardware and software, conduct connectivity tests, evaluate and certify new solutions, develop logical designs, and assess feasibility and impact of new technologies. * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for the network infrastructure. * Generate network performance reports and graphs. * Support electoral operations, including data transmission, authentication, and technical assistance to personnel assigned to electoral duties. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), verified by diploma or certificate. * Certification: **SonicWall Network Security Administrator (SNSA)** or **Fortinet Certified Fundamentals Cybersecurity**. * Certification: **Cisco CCNA 200-301** or **Dell Technologies Proven Professional Networking Associate (DCA)** or **CompTIA Network+**. * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure support roles. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-criticality environments and large-scale networks. * Experience supporting electoral operations or government environments. * CTC is an inclusive company.
