Main responsibilities:* Analyze shift workload demand, generating and implementing adjustments as needed; * Coordinate the work team by assigning tasks, providing guidance, monitoring employee performance, maintaining motivation, and offering necessary support; * Analyze departmental work processes, identifying opportunities for improvement; * Analyze results within the area under your responsibility, identifying root causes of process failures and waste, developing preventive or corrective action plans aimed at contributing to continuous process improvement, increased productivity and quality, as well as reduction of losses and costs; * Support management in Human Resources department procedures related to personnel administration; * Monitor, analyze, and modify transportation methods to maximize utilization of advantages; * Authorize product transportation, immediately resolving any issues as they arise; * Interface with product management, production operations, information technology, sales, and customers to discuss and enhance logistics management; * Provide support in transportation negotiations, supplying cost data, route analysis, and alternative routes. Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; * Knowledge of Project Management and PDCA methodology; * Willingness to travel.
