A company specializing in high-quality concrete products in Mato Grosso is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead and expand our market presence. We are looking for a professional with strong commercial skills, experience in consultative selling and strategic negotiations, and the ability to structure and develop teams to maximize our results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand the company's market presence. Manage the sales team, validate processes, and monitor performance. Actively prospect new customers, including construction companies, real estate developers, and large-scale projects. Strengthen relationships with customers and partners, ensuring consultative service and solutions tailored to market needs. Work with growth targets and develop commercial performance indicators. Identify new business opportunities, including participation in public tenders and strategic partnerships. Optimize the workflow between sales, production, and logistics to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Desired Qualifications: Experience in B2B sales, commercial management, or leadership of sales teams. Knowledge or experience in the industrial sector, civil construction, building materials, or related fields is a plus. Bachelor’s or technical degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, Building Construction, or related fields. Ability to work with performance indicators, market analysis, and growth strategies. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value contracts. Proactive, dynamic profile focused on results. Advantages: Experience in technical sales and interpretation of construction projects is a plus. Experience in public tender processes and sales to government agencies. Familiarity with CRM and commercial management tools.
