Job Summary: We are seeking an intern for administrative support in the Customer Service Center (SAC), responsible for multichannel customer service, request registration and tracking, and customer guidance. We are looking for candidates for the **Intern** position. **As an SAC Intern, what will be your mission at Pointer?** Provide customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp; register requests in the system; track ticket progress; deliver administrative support including document organization; and guide customers on basic care instructions and warranty procedures. * **This opportunity is also open to all persons with disabilities.** **We look forward to your application to become a \#pointerlover** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities** * **Multichannel Customer Service:** Assist customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. * **Request Registration:** Create tickets in the company’s system, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded. * **Follow-up:** Keep customers informed about the status of their requests or deliveries. * **Administrative Support:** Assist in organizing documents, invoices, and photos submitted by customers for analysis. * **Basic Guidance:** After training, advise customers on basic care for ceramic coverings and warranty procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** Currently enrolled in a higher education or technical program (Administration, Communications, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields). **Computer Skills:** Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and familiarity with chat/email systems. **Communication Skills:** Clear diction, strong written communication (free of Portuguese grammar errors), and comfort speaking on the phone. **Behavioral Competencies:** Attention to detail, discipline, proactivity, empathy toward customers, and organizational skills regarding deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)** Ability to handle conflict resolution situations.
