Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including the kitchen, utensils, equipment, countertops, floors and other surfaces, protein room, fruit-and-vegetable section, and all other kitchen areas. Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment used during meal services. Collect all waste, separating organic and recyclable materials. Collect and organize soiled utensils after service, delivering\-them to the washing area.
