Join TPC Intelligent Logistics! **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in **administrative activities**, including preparing, organizing, and maintaining files; making document copies; scanning documents; delivering, picking up, and collecting signatures; answering phone calls; and supporting employees. Assist in organizing office supplies, general document folders, medical records, and other materials. Assist in entering and recording administrative and operational information into systems, spreadsheets, and manual logs. Assist in organizing events, implementing 5S, distributing PPE, and collecting training attendance signatures. Support HR in candidate call-outs, requesting documents, and receiving them. Assist in **operational activities**, such as: weighing products, verifying quantities and items for quality and botbov, labeling, recording inventory deductions, placing returned or fair items on shelves, sorting recyclable and reusable materials, assisting with 5S, archiving documents, supporting monthly initiatives and event organization, maintaining attendance lists, and collecting training attendance signatures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in high school; preferably in the first or second year of high school. **Additional Information** * Life insurance * AVA (Virtual Learning Environment) Ligado em Você (Emotional Support Program) * If you seek more than just a job—if you seek to be part of something bigger—TPC is the right place for you!
