Job Summary: We are seeking a Supply Chain professional to manage strategic procurement, supplier development, and cost control. Key Highlights: 1. Challenging environment focused on performance and continuous improvement We are looking for a professional to work in the Supply Chain area, focusing on strategic procurement management, supplier development, and cost control, ensuring optimal commercial terms for the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and analyze purchase requisitions for materials and services; * Execute quotation processes, select suppliers, and evaluate commercial proposals; * Prepare analytical comparative tables with estimates of economic indices to support decision-making; * Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery schedule, quality, contractual and financial conditions); * Finalize purchases and monitor orders through final delivery; * Develop and qualify suppliers, evaluating contractual clauses and technical criteria; * Update price lists and internally communicate changes; * Monitor delivery schedules, invoices, tax invoices (notas fiscais), and bank slips (boletos); * Control costs, warranties, and departmental KPIs; * Prepare management reports and present results to senior management; * Support warehouse activities and monitor receiving and dispatch processes; * Participate in internal and external audits; * Develop procedures, standards, and routines for the procurement department; * Establish and monitor performance goals and KPIs. **Technical Profile** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields); * Proven experience in Procurement/Supply Chain; * Experience in strategic negotiation and contract management; * Knowledge of cost analysis, pricing formation, and economic indicators; * Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system experience; * Experience with audits and internal controls is a plus. **Behavioral Profile** * Strong analytical ability and strategic vision; * Negotiation and technical argumentation skills; * Organizational and priority management skills; * Assertive communication and ability to interface with multiple departments; * Proactive, results-oriented profile with focus on cost reduction; * Ethics, accountability, and sharp critical thinking.
