We have offices in Maringá, São Paulo, and Chicago (USA), but our operations are fully remote—we prefer to call it an *anywhere office*. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Develop, evolve, and modernize applications, focusing on **backend using Java and/or .NET**. * Actively participate in initiatives for **migrating and modernizing systems to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. * Design, develop, and maintain **RESTful APIs** and distributed services, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience. * Work with **relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle)** and **NoSQL**, ensuring data quality and consistency. * Collaborate with architects, product teams, and engineering teams to define technical and architectural solutions. * Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance). * Ensure code quality through **best practices, automated testing, and code reviews**. * Support technical decisions related to **cloud, security, performance, and observability**. * Interact with global teams, participating in meetings, technical discussions, and alignment sessions in English. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * **Solid experience developing in Java and/or .NET** in medium- to high-complexity environments. * Experience with modern frameworks such as **Spring Boot / Quarkus** and/or **.NET Core**. * Advanced **SQL** knowledge, with hands-on experience in **PostgreSQL and Oracle**. * Experience with **NoSQL** databases. * Experience developing **REST APIs** and distributed systems. * Knowledge of **cloud computing**, preferably **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. * Familiarity with **CI/CD**, source control (Git), and DevOps practices. * Knowledge of best practices for **security, performance, and scalability**. * **Intermediate to advanced English**, with strong technical communication skills. **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Experience with **frontend technologies** (React, Angular, Vue, or similar). * Experience in **cloud migration or modernization projects**, especially on **GCP**. * Knowledge of **microservices architecture** and event-driven systems. * Experience with **messaging systems** (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, or similar). * Experience with **containers and orchestration** (Docker, Kubernetes). * Knowledge of **infrastructure as code** (Terraform or similar). * Experience with **observability** (logs, metrics, tracing). * Certifications in **cloud computing**. **PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview \+ Live coding * Client interview * Hiring
