Job Summary: Technical professional for natural gas compression and treatment system operations, responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and safety inspections. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive maintenance and inventory control Description: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Microsoft Office \- Basic; * Minimum 5 years of experience in natural gas compression system operations and/or natural gas treatment; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is desirable; * Perform periodic readings of instruments and control panels, interpret the data, and make corrections as necessary; identify equipment operational deviations and report them to the supervisor; * Ensure units maintain appropriate oil and refrigerant levels to preserve mechanical integrity of equipment, and manage stock levels of these fluids at the station; * Collect oil samples from engines and compressors for physical\-chemical analysis; * Conduct inventory control of spare parts, maintaining inventory within established limits (receipts, issues, consumption, and transfers); * Prepare shift handover reports and record them in the incident logbook; * Conduct safety device inspections (fire extinguishers, detectors, PPE, etc.) at the station in accordance with operational and QSMS procedures, ensure proper functionality of such devices, and immediately report any deviations to the supervisor; * Utilize corporate QSMS tools to record deviations, focusing on identifying potential risks; * Apply 5S techniques to maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper condition of equipment and the operational area, including compression process units; 2512250202491076686
