The professional will be responsible for issuing and managing sales contracts, maintaining organized files, and generating reports for the sales team, within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Issue and review sales contracts for real estate fractional ownership;
* Monitor signatures, deadlines, and contractual pending items;
* Maintain physical and digital files properly organized;
* Generate daily reports and make them available for the sales team’s analysis;
* Issue vouchers for customers and partners;
* Receive and forward partner voucher notes and reports to the Commercial/Finance department.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education. A completed or ongoing undergraduate degree is desirable;
* Typing proficiency and administrative experience;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Attention to detail and ability to think critically and analytically;
* Ability to work in dynamic and constantly changing environments;
* Basic computer skills and Excel proficiency.
**Additional Information**
* Availability for shift schedule — 6 days on / 1 day off;
* Transportation allowance (CAJU card);
* Meal allowance: R$35.00 per working day (CAJU card);
