Develops and manages executive and outsourced projects, ensuring effective solutions About the Role: Oversees the development of architectural and civil engineering projects, with the mission of identifying appropriate strategies and technical solutions for each development—aiming for quality, aesthetics, and coherence across their various scales and social dimensions within the organization and its real estate developments. Promotes and strengthens **Architecture**, urban planning, and engineering, contributing to innovation and dissemination of professional concepts and practices that value life, aesthetics, culture, and places across their various scales and social dimensions within the organization. * Address technical requirements from construction sites and other departments by proposing solutions and discussing technical alternatives with consultants and designers; * Analyze architectural typologies and propose optimal solutions; * Conduct critical analysis of structural, geotechnical, and earthwork projects for developments, ensuring optimal technical solutions, integration, internal standardization, safety, and adherence to deadlines; * Conduct critical analysis of hydrosanitary, electrical, gas, and related projects for developments, ensuring optimal technical solutions, integration, internal standardization, safety, and adherence to deadlines; * Contract, review, and deliver structural and installation projects for developments, ensuring optimal technical solutions, integration, internal standardization, safety, and timely delivery; * Develop and review executive projects, ensuring optimal technical solutions, integration, internal standardization, safety, and timely delivery; * Prepare schedules and monitor deadline compliance; * Contract and manage outsourced projects; * Interface with external designers and other internal departments; respond to questions and concerns raised by construction teams; * Occasionally visit construction sites to monitor progress and define improvements and solutions for projects; * Support the company's Quality Management System; * Perform activities related to project release and physical copies for construction sites; * Request and manage ARTs/RRTs according to internal procedures.
