We are looking for a Shot Blasting Operator to prepare and operate blasting equipment, ensuring the cleaning and preparation of metal surfaces for painting. The professional will be responsible for inspecting and verifying equipment conditions, adjusting shot flow and pressure, as well as following safety and quality standards throughout the process. **Responsibilities:** Meet the demands and priorities of the shot blasting process while adhering to quality and workplace safety standards; Prepare the shot blasting process by loading the line with shot material; Move parts and products according to the production flow, isolating them for blasting; Blast parts and products according to established standards, removing residues using compressed air; Request movement of parts and products as needed; Seek management guidance whenever necessary; Perform corrections, cleaning, and isolation of parts/products as required; Comply with company health and safety rules, procedures, and guidelines; Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and company assets, reporting any changes that could affect the process or the safety and efficiency of operations; Pursue continuous improvement in work processes; Keep management informed about operational activities performed. **Work Environment:** Our work environment is results-driven, with a strong team spirit, empathy, and collaboration.
