Seeking to identify best practices and signage standards that contribute to team safety and productivity. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Manage deadlines, prioritize demands, distribute tasks and monitor controls and team development. Support business units in obtaining authorizations for construction works impacting the highway system. Identifying priorities and following guidelines from the granting authority to accelerate approvals, considering the occupation plan defined at each location. Identify the need for temporary restrictions in the roadway due to construction works and lead interactions with competent authorities for implementing these measures. Through project analysis, coordination with operations and engineering teams, site visits, submissions to traffic agencies and assessment of traffic flow impacts. Promote improvement of systems and information, optimizing activities to increase focus on data analysis. Eliminate repetitive tasks, automate feasible processes (e.g.: data entry and extraction, calculation automation, creation of PowerBI dashboards) and produce content that supports analytical thinking.
