This person will be responsible for identifying defects, proposing improvements, and ensuring products meet defined technical and business requirements. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience in software testing; * Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and usability testing; * Familiarity with test and bug management tools; * Basic understanding of test automation; * Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Strong communication skills and attention to detail; * Knowledge of SQL databases; **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Plan, design, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated); * Validate functional and non-functional requirements; * Identify, log, and track defects until resolution; * Participate in meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups and others); * Collaborate closely with developers and analysts to ensure quality from early development stages; * Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes; * Prepare test reports and quality metrics. This position is 100% on-site.
