We are hiring a Logistics Assistant responsible for overseeing operations, including tracking freight performance indicators (third-party and in-house), negotiating and contracting freight services (with carriers and independent drivers), processing freight payments, and executing documentation release routines—including waybills and transport-related documents. **Requirements** **Education** * Completed High School; * Preferred: Technical or Higher Education degree in Logistics or Administration **Skills** * Negotiation skills; * Adherence to deadlines; * Strong communication skills; * Proficiency in both verbal and written communication; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Teamwork orientation. **Responsibilities** * Support freight negotiation, contracting, and operational alignment with carriers and drivers; * Monitor operational indicators: freight performance (carriers, partners, and in-house); * Provide support on operational systems: Cobli, RM, Cigam; * Record and update all fleet vehicle penalty incidents; * Prepare reports based on vehicle checklist data; * Enter and maintain vehicle information in the RM system; * Monitor expiration dates of fuel cards and maintenance schedules; * Plan and coordinate maintenance scheduling; * Verify checklists on the Cobli platform; * Request quotations from suppliers and mechanics for maintenance services, subject to manager approval; * Perform administrative entries and fulfill other assigned tasks. **Compensation** Market-competitive salary At Lagotela, we value our employees’ development, encouraging innovation and continuous growth.
