The SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORTATION (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION (SENAT), registered with CNPJ/MF under No. 73.471.989/0001-95 and 73.471.963/0001-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to the needs of SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classification stages. 1.2. Approved candidates may be called upon to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the order of classification. 1.3. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, with possible updates/amendments, and its execution will be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions described below: **POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it). Meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Other services offered by Operational Units extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) – Employee's monthly fee paid by the company and dependent(s)' monthly fee paid by the employee. 2.1. Work shifts and schedules will be informed by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate at the time of call-up, and the candidate must inform their availability for the established schedule. Candidates who choose not to accept the position due to the work shift will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$4823.25 **Unit:** Rua Vereador Joao Scatolino Filho Antonio de Brito Mendonca | Três Pontas MG - 37189208 **Job Summary:** Teaches sports, leisure, and recreational activities at the Operational Unit, as well as courses and lectures; supports the coordinator in planning and developing SEST's sports and leisure promotion activities and in performing administrative tasks in the area. **REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETE GRADUATION – BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate properly issued by an institution recognized by MEC) and/or; b) Course completion declaration accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable within a maximum period of 180 days after degree completion). **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH CREF. **PROOF:** Copy of Professional ID corresponding to the Regional Council of operation. (At the time of admission, a clearance certificate issued by the agency will be required). **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE VERIFIABLY INVOLVING DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SPORTS AND LEISURE PROJECTS FOR DIVERSE AUDIENCES. **PROOF:** Proof must explicitly relate to the activities requested in the minimum requirements, under penalty of rejection of submitted documents. Proof of the requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's statement containing the issuer's CNPJ, stamp, and signature, stating the start and end period, if applicable, the type of service performed, and a description of the activities carried out; b) Or copy of Work and Social Security Card – CTPS or screenshot of digital CTPS, containing identification section and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relation to the desired position (only if CTPS registration has nomenclature related to that required in the Selection Process) c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA) specifying the activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b”, if the position alone is insufficient to prove the experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
