Job Summary: We are seeking an agile professional with experience in Scrum and Kanban to facilitate ceremonies, manage impediments, and promote agile practices—focusing on continuous delivery of value. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing impediments. 2. Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. 3. Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps). **Requirements:** * Solid understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, including their principles, practices, and applicability across diverse contexts; * Experience with agile project management tools like Jira and Trello for planning, tracking, and controlling team activities; * Familiarity with the Azure DevOps platform, including its capabilities for project management, source code versioning, build and release pipelines, and testing; **Essential Skills:** * **Scrum Ceremony Facilitation:** Deep expertise in Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, and Retrospective), with the ability to conduct them effectively and engagingly, ensuring active participation from all team members. * **Impediment Management:** Ability to identify, analyze, and remove impediments that may block team progress, pursuing creative and collaborative solutions. * **Promotion of Agile Practices:** In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience applying agile practices—including incremental development, continuous testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery—to optimize the development process and deliver customer value. * **Conflict Management:** Capability to mediate and resolve conflicts constructively, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment. * **Team Motivation:** Skill in inspiring and motivating teams to create a positive and challenging workplace where members feel engaged and committed to project goals. * **Continuous Value Delivery:** Focus on delivering value to customers incrementally and continuously, prioritizing features that generate the highest business impact and value. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Holding one or more of the following certifications: Scrum Alliance, PSM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Fundamentals, ASF, ASM; * Experience in the financial sector; * Experience in leadership roles overseeing development teams within acquiring companies.
