Job Summary: The Field Technical Development Assistant will be responsible for producing sugarcane seedlings, setting up experiments, and collecting samples for the EAB team. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Field Technical Development Assistant** to join the **EAB team** in **Bocaina, SP**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:** * Producing healthy sugarcane seedlings by eliminating pests and diseases; * Setting up various experiments on varieties, fertilization, and soil correction; * Performing thermal treatment, planting seedlings, and irrigation; * Collecting sugarcane, soil, fertilizer, and soil amendment samples; * Conducting assessments of stem borer infestation; * Applying ripeners and performing other tasks as required and per supervisor guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Primary education; * Experience in agriculture is considered a plus; * Driver’s license category B is a plus; * Must reside in Bocaina, SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
