We are looking for an analytical, curious, and organized individual to join our operations and technology team, directly contributing to the data intelligence that powers our monitoring and automation solutions for large enterprises in retail, food, and air conditioning sectors. If you enjoy solving problems, designing better processes, and transforming information into actionable decisions, this role may be right for you. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Handling alerts and assisting in prioritizing critical incidents; * Analyzing operational data to identify behaviors, failures, and improvement opportunities across monitored systems; * Registering and configuring equipment, alarms, and operational rules on the platform; * Configuring devices and validating field equipment communication; * Developing, organizing, and filtering data to generate reports and key performance indicators; * Supporting the creation and improvement of internal processes to enhance efficiency and standardization; * Collaborating closely with technical, operations, and technology teams to ensure data quality; * Transforming data into operational intelligence to support decision-making and deliver measurable results to clients.
