Develop reliable, readable, and easily maintainable tests ### **Job Title** Automated Test Analyst ### **Job Description** Focus on Test Automation We are looking for a **QA professional with strong automation expertise**, analytical thinking, curiosity, and an engineering mindset — someone who goes beyond test execution and actively contributes to the **overall product quality**. We value professionals who deeply understand system behavior, question technical decisions, propose improvements, and build sustainable testing solutions—not just automated scripts. Responsibilities * Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks (E2E, API, integration, and unit tests where applicable) * Develop reliable, readable, and easily maintainable tests * Participate in defining test strategies and quality criteria * Collaborate closely with the development team from refinement through delivery * Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement * Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines * Contribute to engineering best practices, observability, and code quality * Support exploratory testing when needed ✅ Requirements * Solid experience in test automation * Strong foundation in **software engineering** (code structure, design patterns, version control, clean code) * Experience with at least one programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar) * Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or equivalents) * Experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) * Knowledge of CI/CD * Familiarity with Git and code review * Ability to investigate, debug, and analyze failures Nice-to-Haves * Experience with performance or security testing * Knowledge of Docker or containerized environments * Experience with TDD/BDD * Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) * Contributions to internal libraries or test frameworks * Continuous improvement mindset and process automation orientation Profile We Seek * Curious and investigative individual * Genuine interest in learning and advancing technically * Sense of ownership and accountability for quality * Clear communication and collaboration with the team * Engineering mindset (address root causes, not just symptoms) **How We Work Together** We believe we generate greater impact when working together rather than apart.
