Nothing beats delighting and connecting\-with people, acting as an integrative agent while always prioritizing care—for yourself and others. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive/assist drivers; * Register vehicle arrivals in the system; * Verify documentation and register vehicles (trucks); * Print loading/unloading documentation; * Verify warehouse and yard releases in the WMS system; * Authorize vehicle entry into the Customs Area; * Control operational flow; * Cross-check documentary and physical data and validate (in case of discrepancies, consult supervisor); * Confirm and complete vehicle entries and exits in the systems; * Guide drivers regarding loading/unloading locations; * Support departments in: executing documentation, verifications, sorting, archiving, data entry, data import/export, customer and driver service—ensuring compliance with current regulations and information integrity; * Monitor and record reefer container temperature in the system; * Comply with safety, hygiene, environmental, quality, disciplinary, or other company- and client-established standards, following regulations, procedures, legal requirements, and immediate supervisor instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Experience in the role; * Knowledge of computerized systems; * Knowledge of WMS. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:55 PM to 11:48 PM; Alternate Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM** **Benefits:** * PPR (semi-annual) – We steer together toward a successful journey! * Citizen Company \- So you can enjoy special moments with your children * Health and Dental Plan – it’s good to take care of yourself when needed ;) * Transportation Allowance or Shuttle Service Option – We care about your commute * Parking – Taking care of what’s yours. * On-site Restaurant or Meal Voucher (depending on the unit) – Delicious and brings happiness! * Life Insurance – Hopefully never needed * Study Grant Program – We always want your growth! * Pharmacy Partnership \- We care about your well-being. * Total Pass \- So you can lead an active and healthy lifestyle **Here you’ll also find...** * Multi\+ Health & Care App \- Thinking of you and your family, with Mental, Physical, and Financial Health Programs * External Training – We want to support and watch you grow * Refer \& Earn – Did it go well?
