We have over 7\.000 employees and operate across 15 states and the Federal District, with 350 units distributed from north to south of the country. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in organizing and archiving documents; * Support telephone and in-person customer service, as needed; * Enter data into spreadsheets and internal systems; * Support the organization of materials and internal controls; * Perform simple administrative tasks under supervision; * Participate in training and capacity-building programs according to the apprenticeship program. * *Treat all internal and external customers with courtesy, respect, and efficiency.* * *Attend 100% of trainings to which you are summoned by the organization.* * *Preserve and safeguard company assets.* * *Understand the company’s vision and mission.* * *Comply with company regulations and those applicable to your area of activity.* * *Uphold ethics and discipline within the company.* * *Apply the 5S methodology.* * *Perform other related tasks as determined by your immediate supervisor.* **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum education: Completed high school; * Opportunity for candidates aged 18 or older; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Good communication skills; * Proactivity. **Additional Information** **Workload:** 20 hours per week. **Monday to Friday.** We are delighted by your interest in joining our team!
