REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school; communicative profile with strong problem-solving skills; * Experience in computer maintenance and corporate IT support; * Experience in IT infrastructure, application and printer installation and configuration. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: - Currently pursuing or having completed technical, undergraduate, or short-term courses in the field; - Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems; * Knowledge of corporate Wi-Fi and Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Remote customer support (phone, messages, and HelpDesk), diagnosing and resolving issues related to microcomputers, hardware, and operating systems (Windows, Mac, and Linux); * Configuration of new users in Active Directory and on workstations; creation and configuration of email accounts. IN-PERSON WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
