Description
Main responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and develop the hydraulic team, ensuring productivity and quality in execution;
Plan, assign, and monitor activities according to the construction schedule;
Act hands-on when necessary, providing technical support to the field team;
Read and interpret hydraulic project drawings, ensuring correct execution in accordance with specifications;
Supervise the complete installation of hydraulic systems (from pump houses to overhead reservoirs);
Ensure proper application of materials such as PVC, CPVC, PEX, PPR, and galvanized steel;
Control material usage to avoid waste and ensure site organization;
Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations;
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and suppliers for technical alignment;
Work across multiple construction sites as per the company’s operational strategy.

High school diploma;
Technical course in Building Construction or related fields is considered a plus;
Proven experience in vertical building construction projects;
Previous experience as a plumber, with consistent progression into leadership roles;
Practical expertise in full hydraulic systems, including pump houses and reservoirs;
Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills in a construction-site environment.
