We have an opportunity for an EXTERNAL QUALITY INSPECTOR in Blumenau - SC **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Primary Role:** Ensure production compliance at subcontractors, acting as a representative of Casual Têxtil. * Inspect production lots at subcontractors; * Conduct non-conformity negotiations; * Suggest improvements to external processes; * Train subcontractors on Casual’s standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Possess a driver’s license and ability to drive! * Competencies: Knowledge of sewing and packaging processes, customer standards, and product audits. **Skills:** * Assertive communication, preparation of inspection reports, technical negotiation with partners. **Attitudes:** * Technical or higher education degree in the textile field; * Familiarity with the Sisplan system.
