We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the immediate supervisor in planning and executing operational routines, ensuring established goals and deadlines are met to guarantee process efficiency and alignment of activities with the company’s strategic objectives; * Inspect organization and preservation of areas, climate-controlled chambers, and department equipment, reporting maintenance needs or adjustments to contribute to a functional and safe environment; * Assist in inventory and product shelf-life control, monitoring storage, applying the PVPS method, and ensuring proper product display to prevent waste and guarantee merchandise availability; * Ensure inspection and replacement of displayed products exhibiting abnormalities related to preservation condition or expiration date, ensuring food quality and safety; * Carry out loss prevention and control activities, assessing at-risk products, proposing preventive actions, and monitoring operational processes to reduce waste and maximize departmental results; * Monitor restocking and organization of products on shelves and refrigerated counters, ensuring proper identification with price tags, tare labels, and expiration dates according to the defined layout, to guarantee attractive product display and compliance with internal standards; * Monitor temperatures of climate-controlled areas and equipment, flagging irregularities and reporting the need for adjustments or maintenance to ensure appropriate storage conditions and product preservation; * Actively participate in receiving goods inspections, verifying condition, invoices, and order compliance to guarantee sector quality and organization; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance bonus; * Uniform; * University tuition assistance; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Professional advancement opportunities; * Childcare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program;
