A genuine opportunity for professional growth We are seeking a **Shipping Assistant** responsible for supporting all operational activities within the department, ensuring products are accurately picked, verified, packed, and shipped within established deadlines. **Work Location:** Rua Edmund Thurow \- Passo Manso \- Blumenau/SC **Working Hours:** 8:12 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon–Fri), 30-minute break **Responsibilities:** * Pick products according to orders and invoices; * Verify item quality and quantity prior to shipment; * Pack products securely and appropriately for transportation; * Store goods in accordance with internal company organization and procedures; * Support warehouse organization to ensure easy access and material control; * Monitor product inflow and outflow using management systems, if required; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace in compliance with safety standards; * Assist with inventory processes and periodic stock counts; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehousing is a plus; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency in task execution; * Ability to perform physical and repetitive work; * Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining work quality; * Both genders; * Must reside in neighborhoods near the company; **What We Offer:** * On-site meal; * Transportation allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Partnerships with universities and educational institutions; * Childcare assistance (for mothers); * Life insurance; * Pharmacy and optical store partnerships; * Gympass (gyms); * Attendance bonus; * A light-hearted, collaborative environment full of learning opportunities; * A genuine opportunity for growth.
