**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 1st and 2nd shifts. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured – CLT labor code* Prepare rewinders according to cutting orders, ensuring proper configuration for each product type. * Operate rewinder machines efficiently and safely, following established procedures to maximize productivity. * Record and log all operations performed and material consumption, providing accurate information for production control and performance analysis. * Maintain equipment in good condition by performing regular cleaning and minor maintenance, as well as identifying repair needs and requesting technical support when necessary. * Conduct periodic inspections of finished products and production processes, ensuring compliance with required quality standards and specifications. **Requirements:** For the Rewinder Operator position, we seek a professional who meets the following requirements: * Completed high school education, demonstrating the importance of a solid foundational education. * Prior experience operating rewinders, with practical knowledge of machinery and production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in operations. * Ability to maintain an organized workplace, capable of following cleaning and tidying routines, contributing to safety and smooth departmental operations. * Attention to detail and work quality, essential to prevent errors and rework, as well as to ensure the integrity of rewound products. * Proactivity in identifying problems and seeking solutions, demonstrating initiative in process improvement and operational time optimization. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team, cooperating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve company-established objectives. * Capacity to follow safety regulations and operational procedures, prioritizing health and safety in the workplace.
