Promote a safety culture and support continuous improvement **Position: Occupational Safety Technician – Itajaí/SC** We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to work in Itajaí/SC, ensuring employee safety and well-being, as well as compliance with regulatory standards. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct safety inspections in operational areas * Identify hazards and propose corrective and preventive actions * Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs) * Deliver safety training and onboarding sessions for employees * Manage and distribute PPE, and provide guidance on proper usage * Investigate incidents and prepare reports with action plans * Monitor safety indicators and support continuous process improvement * Collaborate with leadership to promote safety culture * Support administrative documentation and routines within the department (DDS, APR, reports, etc.) **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2.600,00 * Attendance Bonus: 7% * Attendance Incentive: R$ 400,00 (paid via meal voucher) * Meal Voucher: R$ 33,00/day * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance * Breakfast provided at the company **Location:** Itajaí/SC Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Attendance Bonus: 7% — R$ 400,00 Meal Voucher: R$ 33,00/day Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance
