




Job Summary: A professional to serve as an Internal Monitor, responsible for remote customer service, resident registration, and client communication, ensuring security and necessary support. Collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team We are seeking a professional to assume the role of Internal Monitor on our team. The candidate will be responsible for resident registration, remote gatehouse service, incident handling, and client communication via digital platforms. Responsibilities: * Provide remote gatehouse service; * Register residents in the system; * Prepare a daily report documenting incidents occurring that day; * Respond to clients via communication platforms; * Conduct tactical patrols, when required. Requirements: * Excellent communication and writing skills; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team; * Proficiency in computer applications. Working Hours: \- 6x12 rotating shift (day shift): Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM; alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday), 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a one-hour break.
