Talento do Vale SC is a platform dedicated to promoting talent and opportunities in the Itajaí Valley region. We offer recruitment and professional development services for companies and candidates. **Responsibilities:** Will work for a construction company performing the following activities: Exclusively remote customer service, but with occasional on-site presence at the company's office, providing support to a portfolio of 10–12 clients in the region. Responsible for conducting online sales using contacts provided by the company, without external visits or commercial travel. Key responsibilities: Provide customer service and support exclusively through remote channels (WhatsApp, phone, and e\-mail), ensuring clear and professional communication. Conduct online sales by sending messages, voice notes, photos, and informational materials to customers. Monitor ongoing negotiations and keep the team updated on demands and changes. Record interactions and maintain an organized history of customer service activities. Support the sales team in sales and relationship strategies. Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, or Commercial Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the duties of this position. High school diploma required.
