Support for Procurement and Supply Activities Assist in requesting and monitoring quotations. Support the issuance and control of purchase orders. Maintain updated supplier and product registries. 2\. Document and Record Management Organize and archive contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts. Populate spreadsheets and supply control systems. Ensure traceability and timely updating of information. 3\. Delivery and Deadline Monitoring Monitor delivery deadlines for materials and services. Support inventory control and material replenishment. Report any delays or inconsistencies to the responsible department. 4\. Supplier Relationship Management Support negotiations under the coordinator's guidance. Maintain ethical and collaborative relationships with suppliers. Clarify doubts and ensure alignment of requirements. 5\. Continuous Improvement Suggest improvements to procurement and control processes. Support integration among logistics, finance, and administration departments. Contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Knowledge of civil construction technical standards (ABNT NBR). Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, hydraulic, and electrical project drawings. Knowledge of civil construction materials, their application processes, and technical specifications. Basic understanding of budgeting, construction planning, and physical \- financial scheduling. Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, Prevision, Excel).
