The professional will perform technical and people coordination, fostering continuous team evolution, code quality, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop software engineering teams * Oversee and guide the full development lifecycle (planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-deployment) * Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications * Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to prioritize requirements * Monitor team quality, productivity, and efficiency metrics * Support definition of architecture and strategic technical decisions * Develop and track team growth (mentoring, feedback, individual development plans) **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience in software development and technical or people leadership * Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Knowledge of software architecture (microservices, REST APIs, messaging) * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, version control) * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience managing deliveries and technical planning **Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Desired)** * Experience in the acquirer and payment processing industry, including: Transaction processing for physical cards (POS) and e\-commerce; Integrations with card networks, acquirers, and payment gateways; Knowledge of authorization, capture, settlement, and reconciliation protocols and workflows; Understanding of SLC (Centralized Settlement Systems) and regulatory processes; * Experience with core banking solutions, including: Bank account structuring and management Integration with financial systems and regulatory compliance (BACEN, PIX, etc.) Information security and fraud knowledge (payment anti-fraud) Experience with data and analytics applied to financial products. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Solid experience in software development and technical or people leadership * Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, version control) * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience managing deliveries and technical planning **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
