We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineering professional to join our team in overseeing and monitoring a construction project. The main objective of the position is to **oversee, critically analyze, and monitor all executive stages of the construction project**. The professional will be responsible for ensuring technical compliance, performing material control, guaranteeing activity traceability, and adherence to operational routines. This role is crucial to ensure quality through visual records, maintain production alignment, and safeguard safety throughout the entire construction process. Daily responsibilities include: **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering **Responsibilities:** **Initial Control and Planning (Start of Shift):** * Check cleanliness, organization, safety conditions, and presence of teams at work fronts. * Record (with photos) the initial status of activities and capture audiovisual documentation (reality video) at the beginning of the shift. * Align daily production targets with the supervisor, confirming the number of present workers. * Verify consistency among work fronts, Service Orders (SO) released by engineering, and the execution sequence defined in the Manual. **Quality, Materials, and Safety:** * Monitor quality tests and controls, verifying execution procedures. * Check inventory and on-site material storage, ensuring availability and preventing losses. * Inspect safety conditions (use of PPE, collective protection equipment, and signage) and compliance with current regulations. * Record start and end times of tasks in the Service Order (SO), obtaining required signatures. **Reporting and Alignment:** * Collect productivity indicators and conduct alignment meetings with responsible parties from each work front. * Generate consolidated productivity reports for the period. * Identify questions, difficulties, or contractor-reported interferences and forward them to engineering for analysis and resolution. * Participate in alignment meetings with the engineering team. * Update progress tracking in the execution manual. * Request necessary materials for service continuity.
