Sample Room Coordinator

Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing the feasibility of new models, assigning tasks, monitoring sample production, and ensuring garment quality. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to apply knowledge in fashion and industrial processes. **Location:** Blumenau **Working Hours:** Business hours **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive technical specifications for new models and assess feasibility. * Assign and prioritize tasks among seamstresses, pattern cutters, and assistants according to garment complexity and deadlines. * Monitor sample production flow to ensure adherence to the schedule. * Closely supervise all sample stages: cutting, assembly, sewing, and finishing. * Conduct technical and visual inspections of finished garments against the original technical specification before submission for approval. * Provide technical guidance to the team on critical sewing points, fabric handling, and trim application. * Identify construction flaws in pilot garments and propose adjustments prior to scaling up production. * Proactively flag bottlenecks or schedule deviations and seek agile solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; * Advanced ability to read and interpret technical specifications and patterns; * Practical knowledge of garment manufacturing processes (cutting, sewing, trims, machinery, and garment assembly); * Proficiency in fabric types, drape, finishes, and raw material behavior; * Basic understanding of quality control applied to garment development/piloting; * Prior leadership experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA in Quality Management, Industrial Management, or related fields. **What the Company Offers:** * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Health insurance; * Other benefits.
