Identifies opportunities, proposes improvements, and documents best practices At Incotex, the Process Analyst is tasked with deeply understanding how work is performed at each stage of our industrial workflow, ensuring that **processes are efficient, standardized, and oriented toward operational excellence**. Beyond merely mapping activities, this professional connects people, technology, and methodology to build a clear, integrated, and sustainable value chain. Their role extends beyond process design: **it involves analyzing root causes, identifying opportunities, proposing improvements, standardizing routines, and documenting practices** that become references for training, development, and quality. Every process map created, every work instruction developed, and every implemented improvement strengthens operations and directly contributes to Incotex’s competitiveness. Map all industrial processes, from raw fabric receipt to shipment. Build and maintain the complete operational value chain. Identify bottlenecks, waste points, and improvement opportunities. Standardize processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and repeatability. Create flowcharts, work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other operational documents. Support leaders and teams in implementing new processes and standards. Conduct root cause analyses (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa) and propose practical solutions. Monitor operational KPIs and suggest adjustments to the production flow. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics. Sustain continuous improvement practices based on Lean, PDCA, and proven industrial methodologies. Specific Skills: * Proficiency in process mapping tools (flowcharts, BPMN, SIPOC). * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, 5S). * Ability to analyze industrial workflows, identify waste, and optimize routines. * Skill in developing and structuring SOPs, work instructions, and operational manuals. * Logical thinking and systemic vision to build clear and efficient value chains. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills for data and process indicator analysis. * Aptitude for conducting interviews, observing shop-floor operations, and formalizing practices into standardized documentation. * Clear communication skills to present processes and deliver training. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in industrial process mapping, continuous improvement, or process engineering is desirable.
