If you're passionate about numbers, enjoy understanding how things work, and want to be part of a team that turns data into results, this is your chance to start with impact—and purpose. **What you will do on a daily basis:** * Lead the process of calculation and analysis of industrial and corporate costs. * Ensure each product has its cost accurately calculated, validating technical sheets and production processes. * Review and maintain standard costs, identifying variances and proposing improvements. * Develop pricing policies aligned with Sales, Controller, and Marketing areas. * Analyze margins by product, channel, and customer, seeking profitability opportunities. * Work closely with Pricing and Controller teams to define prices and simulate scenarios. * Create reports and dashboards that translate numbers into strategies. * Support budget planning and industrial efficiency projects. * Implement best practices and controls to enhance the area's performance. * Coordinate and develop the technical team of analysts, promoting continuous learning. **Technical profile we are looking for:** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in industrial costs and margin analysis. * Proficiency in absorption costing, standard costing, and variance analysis. * Experience with ERP systems (preferably Senior Sapiens) and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau). * Knowledge in price formation, pricing, and profitability. **Behavioral profile that inspires us:** * Collaborative leadership and strategic vision. * Focus on governance, standardization, and continuous improvement. * Ability to communicate across different departments and build bridges. * Passion for challenges and making a difference. **Altenburg Têxtil Ltda is a company that values its employees.
