Responsibilities** · Customer service in emergency situations: returns, complaints, special requests · Inventory control, inventory tracking, purchase analysis for merchandise replenishment · Support for cash register opening and closing · Preparation of sales reports and performance management · People leadership: performance management, vacation and day-off scheduling, employee development · Team recruitment: screening, interviews, and terminations · Stay updated and communicate business objectives to the team · Maintain physical space organization and cleanliness: point of sale and product display · Conduct weekly management meetings · Understand the point of sale's target audience to adapt service approach \*Expected: 80% of work focused on people investment, 20% on administrative tasks. **3.
