**Job Description:**
We are looking for a Post-Tensioning Helper to perform tasks related to the assembly and maintenance of post-tensioning systems on civil construction projects. The professional will assist technicians and engineers in executing specific tasks to ensure safety and quality of structures under construction.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the assembly and disassembly of formwork and post-tensioning structures;
* Support the installation and tensioning of post-tensioning cables;
* Load and unload materials;
* Prepare materials and tools required for daily activities;
* Organize the construction site and ensure maintenance of equipment and materials;
* Follow company-established safety regulations and procedures, as well as applicable legislation.
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience on construction sites or in similar roles is preferred.
* Commitment, proactivity, and willingness to work in a team.
* Basic knowledge of occupational safety is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT)
Compensation: R$1\.575.00 \- R$1\.925.00 per month
