We are looking for a **Web Designer**, eager to grow and contribute, handling tasks from design to page publishing while ensuring performance, responsiveness, and visual consistency. **Key Responsibilities** * **Creation of graphic materials (digital and print):** produce artwork for banners, social media, thumbnails, marketing emails, eBooks, folders, flyers, and presentations. * **Adaptation and repurposing of assets:** adjust creatives for different formats, channels, and platforms while maintaining visual consistency. * **Brand identity management and application:** safeguard logo, colors, typography, and graphic elements across all internal and external communications, adhering to brand standards. * **Web image processing and optimization:** edit, retouch, and manipulate images to ensure quality and performance. * **Landing pages (WordPress/Elementor):** create, publish, maintain, and standardize pages and sections, ensuring responsiveness and visual consistency. * **HTML/CSS adjustments:** implement structural improvements, refinements, corrections, and optimizations on web pages. * **Simple HubSpot adjustments:** update pages and forms as needed. * **Design support for internal departments:** fulfill requests from other departments (e.g., internal marketing, templates, layout, reports) to support communication. * **Collaboration on marketing campaigns:** work with the team to plan and execute campaigns, creating creatives aligned with objectives. * **Branding initiatives:** contribute to defining and evolving the visual identity according to company growth and market needs. * **Basic video editing support:** perform cuts, color adjustments, insertion of simple graphics, and platform-specific adaptations, following brand identity guidelines. * **Staying updated on trends and best practices:** follow design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve delivery quality. **Skills and Requirements** * **Adobe Suite Proficiency:** Advanced expertise with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other essential graphic design, image manipulation, and illustration tools. * **Graphic Design and Visual Principles:** Solid knowledge of graphic design, composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. * **Digital Design:** Proven experience creating graphic materials for digital platforms, and to a lesser extent, printed materials. * **Basic UX/UI Knowledge:** Foundational understanding of UX/UI principles applied to digital assets and landing pages. * **Basic Web Design Knowledge:** Knowledge required for creating and structuring landing pages. * **Basic Video Editing Skills:** Ability to perform simple cuts, color adjustments, and animated graphic insertions. **Other advantages of joining our team:** * 40-hour weekly schedule (Mon–Fri), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Connect with our growth and explore development opportunities. * Professional development: We invest in training and development, including courses and workshops to enhance your skills. * Decompression room, where you can relax with fun and casual PS5 gaming sessions. * Fresh fruit available in the office to keep your energy up throughout the day. * Regular team-building activities and special moments to lighten our days. **Our Benefits:** * **Transportation Allowance:** To facilitate your daily commute. * **Meal Allowance:** R$800.00 per month loaded onto a multi-benefit card—you may use this amount as you prefer. * **Health Insurance Plan:** Monthly premium fully covered by the company; co-payment applies only upon usage. * **Dental Insurance Plan:** Fully covered by the company with no co-payment, so you can take better care of your smile. * **Mental Health Support:** To support your emotional well-being, we provide four psychotherapy sessions per month, fully covered by the company. * **Wellhub (Gympass):** To encourage your physical well-being and quality of life. * **Exclusive Discounts:** Access special discounts via Acib and Sesc. * **Pharmacy Partnership:** Take care of your health with exclusive medication discounts. * **Birthday Day Off:** Enjoy your special day however you like. * **University Partnerships:** Exclusive discounts for employees and their dependents. * **Life Insurance:** Extra security for you and your family.
